Why did everything look so crappy in the ’70s?

Because everything was pretty crappy in the ’70s. Ok, not everything was crappy, but a lot of it was. Oh, and it was very brown, pea green, and yellow. Everything from the movies to tv shows to fashion, there just seemed to be an air of, I guess the best word for it is ‘cheapness’, like, if you watch a TV show from the 70s or some movies, it looks cheaply made; it looks coarse as well, almost vulgar, especially the fashions and how loud and decadent everything appeared… read more >
